No one in China especially in recent years has failed to notice the phenomenon that with increasingly fast pace of social life, more and more people have been under great stress, making stress the hot topic in society.Does anyone hold the same attitude towards this issue ?Definitely not，actually，opinions vary from person to person.

Those who are against stress maintain that it’s awful to live a life full of stress, depriving them of happiness or pleasure.Besides, they also hold that stress actually undermines people’s health and good interpersonal relationship, increasing percentage of depression as the best example. However，quite a few people hold the opposite opinion that stress is not so bad as people expect.

Above all, stress is an indispensable part of life, no mnatter when or where people live. In addition, it’s been proven that it's stress that causes people to spare no efforts to do everything, pushing the progress of the whole society and man.

As to me/ As far as I am concerned, I always hold

that everything can be divided into two sides, positive and passive. While looking growing stress and dealing with it in modern life, we should also do everything possible to control the stress to an acceptable degree. After all, excessive stress doesn’t only do harm to people’s health, but also .
